Tinkrebels the AI Leisure Academy for Children and Students

The imparting of AI knowledge is a crucial building block for the future of our children. Students today are growing up in a world fundamentally changed by Artificial Intelligence – new ways of thinking, technical basic knowledge, and creative skills are in demand. While other industrial nations invest massively in education, I want to set an impulse with TinkRebels – and pass on my experiences, ideas, and enthusiasm.

TinkRebels stands for “Tink” – the creative tinkering – and “Rebels” – the departure to a new learning culture and a future-strong mindset. My goal: to empower children for the challenges of tomorrow.
Whether for school, training, or the professions of the future – TinkRebels prepares you for a world in transition.

It is especially important to me that children learn together with their parents and start something of their own – not just consume, but become creative and spend valuable time together. Because that is exactly where real connection, curiosity, and the desire to actively shape the future arise.

Brief Introduction: 

As AI Transformation Lead with 22 years of experience in IT and digital marketing as well as 3 years specializing in generative AI and the Metaverse, I drive AI initiatives from trends to pilot projects – focusing on better patient experiences and innovation in healthcare.

Since January 2023, I have been actively shaping the AI strategy at Bayer AG: I co-founded the Generative AI Community, initiated use-case campaigns, and implemented pilot projects with generative AI tools. I also build partnerships with leading technology providers in the AI field.

From 2020 to 2022, I worked as a Digital Trend Master at Bayer – focusing on AI and new technologies to strengthen digital health offerings. I rethought marketing formats such as podcasts, virtual reality, and live chats.

Teaching & knowledge transfer are central to me:
I teach as a lecturer at the Media University Berlin, hold seminars and keynotes at business summits, and further train executives in workshops and project weeks. With universities such as the Cambridge Business School, I organize Future Forums, leadership hackathons, and innovation programs.

As an AI Creator, I publish books, music, and podcasts. My heart beats for the development of Generative AI Innovation Labs, where new solutions are tested and brought to market readiness.
